The crash may be related to the art file xml. I recall I had to correct it to this:

I have wondered why there isn't a tutorial for adding mod comps. We have them tutorials on so many things, but was always confused when it came to the differences between trying to add a Python or SDK mod comp and the XML's.
Anyone know of one?
Is it possible to add a building with xml but leave out Art files so that you get the effect of the building (with Civ4BuildingInfos.xml) but don't have to fool with Art and Art Defines - other than button art?
I didnt know if there was a blank.nif file or something like that I would have to...
I donwloaded it and went through the files awhile back. Did the same for the German Mittelerde Mod (http://www.civforum.de/showthread.php?53415-BtS-Mittelerde-Mod-Entwicklertagebuch) and even translated a fair portion into English. Chrome will translate the page if you don't read German.
