Given that it's already a month since last post in announcement thread, seems I am quite late to start this one, but it does look too interesting to not try it out. Guess I need the Adventurer start for Immortal...and I think it's been a very long time since I played a "team" game...

Not enough time to finish this one. But it is really a nice map for Venice /Science. I guess, I was on a good way (will finish until the end of the month I guess)

Played about 90 turns or so. My position was better than expected, but far from seeing a chance to win this one. At least I am optimistic I could survive someone attacking me. Probably won't get the time to play on

Submitted an incomplete game at turn 200. Was second in score at that point (slightly behind Persia) I guess, I would have passed them when playing on... ...but... I didn't get the balance between research / expanding / conquering right. Probably expanded a little too early or started attacking...

Wow, sacred sites win via external religions is very remarkeable, I guess. But still sounds really well played if you were able to be the first on science despite some wars...

Thanks for the answer! The combination of warmongering and trying to keep research rate high enough to reach the needed techs for ideology (futurism) tourism without sacred sites, seems to be something I didn't do good enough in my first try. That is why I am asking... So it seems you went to...

Played again, focussing on an early shrine and Stonehenge. The same turn I finished Oracle to get the Reformation belief, Spain added Sacred Sites to its religion... ... so I went back 5 turns to shape off one turn of building Oracle to get it myself. I guess, I should have focussed on Oracle...

@foxsaid, when did you start going to war? Early on? Which cities did you keep? Only capitals, or did you even avoid taking the capitals?
