So how do you make this mod compatible?

i have .341 and it says ur mod is not compatible

it wont let me download the previous version that actually worked... sigh

wont load just crashes.. the precious version i had worked fine now with version 19 i cant even load or create a game it just reverts to main menu,... im so pissed off so much time wasted.

this mod needs pre placed cities and it would be epic! Can you not just take the files from another mod that has all the cities pre placed? Forgive my ignorance.

hmm i cant get it to work it crashes im unsure how this works i put the folder where u said i click the box in game but i dont see Hitler or any of the other leaders so im assuming it isnt working. i posted back in march and got no reply.
