I have played quite a lot of CiV. Currently playing on Emperor level, but thinking of graduating to Immortal soon. I have noticed that some people claim to be able to build 3 - 4 cities AND build NC by T60-70. This sounds too good to be true? I can maybe, MAYBE get NC by T65-70 if I have...
