Forgive me but this whole CD thing seems to be an excercise in 'How much money can we get' If the unit creators were really interested in getting their work distributed and gaining the (deserved) 'credit' for thier work then they could offer it to Firaxis and let it be distributed for free...

Are you sure that is Krytens horse ? I think you'll find that Kryten did a cut n paste job on the original ...... and that's exactly what Elsilhe has done. So if a cut n pasted 'original horse' becomes 'Krytens horse' then a **** n pasted 'Krytens horse' must in turn become 'Elsilhe horse'...

Kryten, When you sit at your PC and make one of your excellent graphics you obviously have a good idea as to the stats that you would apply to this unit ... attack/defense/cost etc. If you then apply these stats to your game then you have created a new unit withing the game.... however...

Again i think there is a difference between a new graphic and a new unit....................... Even if the graphics/flc's depict units previously unavailable in the game, alone they cannont be considered new units ....more correctly new a skin/graphic that may be used to depict the true NEW...
