I usually play Terra, Earth2, or Perfect World. I like scripts with a new world in them. It makes ocean exploration more exciting, and gives explorers a reason to exist.
I also like Earth maps.
I'm not a native speaker, but I've studied Japanese for over 10 years, and lived there for 5. I'm totally confident aside from a couple that had weird (probably very formal) words that I was unfamiliar with.

I chose the Netherlands because they're fun to play as (the dykes are really satisfying, even if a bit over-hyped, the traits are solid, and the UU is great on watery maps) and because the real-life Netherlands is cool.
Are you sure about that? I though the unhealthiness in coal plants came from the coal itself. Recycling Plants only get rid of unhealthiness from buildings.
BtS is so much better that there's no point in going back and playing Vanilla.
Actually, I don't even play BtS anymore since I found Legends of the Revolution on the C&C board here.

I like to hug the coast and build the GL while cottaging up. Then, I wait for dikes and have fun with whatever.
He's especially fun on maps with a new world. And I like to build the UN in The Hague if I can. (New Amsterdam will work too!)
