Civ Creation Kind of Mood

Hi, I have been playing Civ 3 on and off over a a number of years now. Despite many new games coming out even in the Civilization series of games. Yet, what draws me back to Civ 3 is the modding aspect of the game. I know people mod Civ 4 and Civ 5 as well, but I find Civ 3 more accessible...

It might be good, at first, to just mess around with the editor, trying a few things to see how they work to get a feel for the various aspects of the editor's capabilities. Such as map editing, renaming civs, etc... Then when you feel ready, you can start to create your main scenario...
