    Is it just me, or do city-states tend to start one tile away from rivers quite often? Not a huge issue, I guess it's like the crooked picture on the wall. Just irks me slightly. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

    Way I've fixed it: move assignstartingplots.lua from the compatibility folder to the LUA folder of more Luxuries. I don't play with more Luxuries on. I've had to do this for every version over the past few months.

    I get what you're saying, but that's not it. I've made sure that they're not settling on forests, and it's consistently 20 of those three yields with every AI.

    IGE. I settle, end turn, and next turn I "take seat" of an AI, and they have 20/13 food, 20 gold, and 20/65 production. No bonus faith, culture, or science that I could see.
