    I wonder... Harbors are only avalable in coastal cities, but Karum were just trading posts. To be accurate, they should be avalable in all cities, but if they can be built everywhere, it would be a very significant advantage. Are they coastal only, or buildable everywhere?

    The only thing that really bothered me was that in the pacific, China was run by Mao. Nationalist China was ruled by Chiang Kai-shek. Mao took over after WWII. I can't play a mod like that... though that might just be the historian in me.
