My main city is size 21 and I have 2 healers and like 7 town guard with police promotion II stacked on it.
It's still increasing in crime and disease though.
My cities seem to be flooding in both crime and disease in the Ancient era despite all of the buildings that reduce it and a healer and town guard in each city.
Does the crime lowering abilities of the town guard stack if I place multiple in the one city?
I might have to buy like 5 per...
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the AI is trashing me on Prince level (never played past noble before).
I just can't seem to keep up in the science arms race. I'm trailing at the bottom of the scoreboard.
Anyone have any tips for how to get back in the game?

More contrast and definition is not always a good thing. I'd prefer a consistent and smooth aesthetic any day of the week.
I like your first alternate picture of Washington. But it makes him look kinda samey as far as some of the other European leaders are concerned.
I wanted him to have his own look considering he's meant to representing a new peoples and ideology.

Thanks! I don't know how you can like old Ashurbanipal! I think it must be personal taste. I can't stand looking at leader-heads that are statues, I want to feel like I'm fighting against people :lol:.

I didn't really think about that.
I don't use unrestricted leaders ever and I am really only making this pack for me. However I do have saves of all the files I used so I could simply go back and remove the flags.
