Last thing I will say off-topic here: On some level I agree with you, but I find taking cities with 20+ units in them rather troop-expensive if you ask me. And in this line of thought, you also shouldn't take other continents, since I've never seen the AI do that properly either. IMHO the AI...

Dunno if you're mocking me with "you will... believe me" repetition ;) , but I meant artillery TYPE units, hence catapults, trebuchets and cannons also count... Should've said bombardment units or something the like... And with "you will... believe me" I was merely pointing out the HUGE...

AI should play to win, I do. Conquest, Conquest, Conquest, best way to win on Deity and up...

If you really maul an AI, they'll give nearly EVERYTHING. I have had 8-9 (maybe more) in a SID game once... Just for peace. And you can easily trick them into redeclaring...

Graduation demands some time currently...

You think 10 minutes a turn is long? Sometimes I sit for an hour or more, negotiating, checking AI movement and interrelations, micromanaging, planning, etc....... Can become boring at times, true.

usually SID, but if I lose three in a row, do Deity to get my ego back up there...

Maybe. Some of his quotes are rather funny, so he may have! But I agree with your comment, nicely illustrated as well. Somehow technical students have an advantage, mainly because of the logics and primarily the number sequences, like fibonacchi (1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21, etc) and stuff like that...

No frat here, but not opposed to the parties some of them give... Although they're not any better than other parties... Dunno about the more friends thing, depends on your definition of the word.
