    Like Dusk said, I see it a lot. The RNG loves or hates you, depending on what you were hoping for. :lol: I'm sure it's "not evil" for all but the last Altar. I build them all the time as a neutral civ. Not sure about the last Altar, because I never get that far. :lol:

    I absolutely agree you shouldn't have killed Brigit that one time, but I've always thought it made perfect sense that you couldn't enter Brigit's square without declaring war on the barbarians.     Advice for New Player

    There are a handful of modmods which are still being actively improved. The ones I play are More Naval AI (which is way more than just naval AI at this point) and ExtraModMod. They are both great and stable. I'm 100% sure MagisterModmod is also great, but I haven't played it myself.

    It's pretty much the same as summoning Basium, only in that case, you get to choose which city Basium takes over. But it would have to be a well-developed city to produce enough hammers to make the Gate wonder anyway, so it's going to hurt. So summoning the Infernals probably usually hurts less...

    I'm not sure about the encyclopedia, but the FfH2 Manual mentions it, and I believe it is also on the splash screen when you start a new game as Elohim. It's a special advantage the Elohim civilization gets.
