congratulations Liambane, a fantastic mod !, it's so replayable, and interesting. The 18 Civ's scenarios and similar ones, get a bit boring after a while, but your is really challenging and interesting. I think i will try to mod it though to create a version where the new world is worth...

now I'm really concerned. Previous posts seem to imply that RCP has been 'fixed'. Does this mean that there is no longer any benefit to RCP, and do I need to find a new way to place my cities ? :confused:

I wasn't able to stop someone else building the Council, but was lucky that by the time it was built I had about seven armies, and was able to tramp over to that City and Demolish both City and Council.
