Hey! I've got a question about Denmark-Norway (Christian IV), his GA ability creates a citadel on water tiles. Is this a naval citadel? Or does it create flat terrain beneath, and still allow ships to pass through? Would be amazing if the latter was the case for a ynaemp playthrough! :)

Hey I'm adding civs for a custom game in ynaemp, and I was trying to add sparta into the map. I couldn't find sparta in the list of civs after adding them with the name "CIVILIZATION_SPARTA_LS_MOD" to the civstartpos.xml file. Could it be that the name is wrong?
