Just in case other peopl get this issue themselves (which I just did). For me, I just followed the abovementioned method like this:
1. Check the file My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Logs/Lua
2. See where the error stems from (for me ...Steam/steamapps/workshop/(....)/LeaderIcon.lua)
3. If...
Hi
I have unsuccessfully tried to get the Better Balanced Start (BBS) mod to work, but it always ends with the loading screen (please wait) staying forever. Have anyone else had similar problems? It works as soon as I unsubscribe to this mod (having a quality of life mods still on). I tried to...
For information, I tried to farm the Red Death "It's Alive" achievement (heal 1000 hp as Mad Scientists) via Hot Seat, but it only worked when I played vs the AI on Local Network. The others worked through farming/save-loading.
Hi
Could anyone tell me why the "Even our castles have castles" achievement of building Alcazar within two tiles of Alhambra does not trigger in this save? I have no clue.
Thanks,

I just got this from Cyrus in 2250 BC. What is that all about?
EDIT: AND I have a -6 relationship penalty with Persia as the dislike civs who proliferate nuclear weapons... in 1900 BCE!
I always considered the missing restart button to become a quicker way to get the same advanced settings that I painstakingly chose prior to starting the game (e.g. included civs, topographt etc), not just new seed. Is that what you so derogatively call "alternative facts", @DizzKneeLand33?
There must be a workable mod that allows you to choose every time an expansion happens? That makes sense as well, since you control where your civ is going and thus also channel the cultural expansion as part of the overall character of your civ that game.
Haven't yet taken part and basically haven't played for months, so lacking some experience here but:
Auckland = 4
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 13 - 3 = 10 (something has to give and I think this seems weakest)
Zanzibar = 20 + 1 = 21 (IMO, clearly the strongest feature)
Dunno if I understood your argument correctly, but if I revisit Civ 4 and easily handle the top difficulties, I will rethink my own arguments against Civ 5 and 6 regarding difficulties.
There is also clearly a related issue here. In Civ 4 I could more or less play up to King (or whatever the equivalent was), but in Civ 5 and especially Civ 6, I have few problems navigating through Deity after a short while. I doubt I have become that much better in the past 10-12 years, and the...
Haha! :) Well, there are many important viking burial sites across the entire country, and indeed Scandinavia (and Britain I guess). Perhaps they went with Raknehaugen (the biggest mound in northern Europe), but then they should rather have provided Jessheim (shudder!) as a city. I think Norway...
