    I don't think that such a mod exists already because it sounds like you need to use a custom .dll, and the .dll source has only been released in the last couple of months or something. This definitely sounds like it needs a custom .dll because IIRC there is no way to edit the cost of buildings...

    I fixed my issue. I pushed a version with civilization folders instead of solitary .xmls and added each one to the Actions tab. Nimue's trait text is too large for the box. Maybe remove a portion of the trait?

    I got the most recent version from github and it doesn't work on my computer. Every time I start a game I get the Ozymandius Game Over screen. Does anyone else have this problem? The database.log also has a very long list of errors, and I'm trying to diagnose each one slowly.

    True, you can't have a spy in an aircraft carrier. But I was only talking about cities. Seeing aircraft units on carriers makes sense but in a city not so much.
