Does this require both BNW and G&K? Cause when I build a horse archer and a few other units from this mod, the unit shows up as spearmen? Also a couple of units from late game have red/white checker squares as their texture. If the textures require G&K, how do I import those textures to BNW?
So I am using Gedemon's R.E.D WW2 mod and i try to enable the ingame editor mod but after loading, it says that the mod (ingame editor) is unauthorized. I thought you said that this was compatible with all mods and DLC?
Ok, so now whenever I conquer France with scripts turned on, somehow the borders between germany (me) and the ussr become open. Is this intended? Because now the russians are moving though MY territory and are massing in northern italy for no reason.
Also, I know that Italy and Germany are allied from 1940 onwards, but could there be an option to for Germany to invade Italy in 1943 as a result of allied landings? Even though Britain and none of the allies feel like advancing. Even on emperor difficulty.
So I'm playing as Germany right now and I have experimented with how the russians would react to me retreating. So far they are unwilling to advance even after they spam-built like 30 t-34 divisions and howitzers and infantry and i-16s. Thats the only vehicles they build and now they're getting...
So the last 'mac-compatible' version of this mod is a really old version; but is it possible to extract the mod file using apps like Keka to get the mod folder? If so, will it work on stock civ5 (steam) or will i need BNW or G&K (I have G&K but its on my App Store version)?
Hi, its this one: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=486117
and it is compatible with G&K
I meant i extracted the mod file via Keka as in the instructions.
UPDATE: I extracted the mod page (originally a .civ5mod) via Keka, but the new .zip file doesn't appear as a folder...
Alright, i got it to work, thanks for all your support. :)
Ok, the MODS tab appears on my main menu screen, but it says that no mods have been installed, even though I put the unzipped 'mod' page into the MODS folder.
Thanks, I will try that later today, but once you install a mod, do you have to start a new game for it to take effect? Or is it automatically integrated into existing saves?
Thanks, I'm actually not new here, I've been playing civ5 as early as it first came out but only just recently joined the forums. :)
Yea, i was sure I followed every instruction (I'm running G&K; originally got civ from a DVD but updated to G&K via app store), but my main problem is...
Hello, i followed all the steps on the first page, yet I do not see any mod button or anything to do with enabling mods on the main menu screen. Also, when a mod is enabled, is it automatically integrated into an existing save, or is it even possible?
