    I'm having problems with the editor too... I have MS Framework 4.0 and just created a blank, uncompressed .biq file with the standard civ editor. I enabled custom rules and custom player data with the standard editor. Now, every time I open it in your editor, it comes with this error message...

    OMG EXCELLENT IDEA. I have a few concerns though. If you set the cost of such a building to, say, 999 (9990 shields), would the AI ever try to build it without the aid of a SGL? Also, if they get a SGL, how frequently would they use the SGL to rush the cost 999 building?

    Indeed. I have one question, however: you said that the AI does upgrade these captured barbarian artillery pieces into special attack/defense units, as originally designed, but does the AI upgrade these captured barbarian artillery pieces into newer artillery units?

    Um, what? I've been playing CCM (which has many flavor worker units), and the workers for all civilizations have their worker speed increase with techs just fine. I'm probably not understanding the problem correctly x(

    So let me get this straight: because it's organized into columns of 32, we can only have a total of 32 strategic/luxury resources? Placed that so there's one for every "row"? And the small luxury icons are determined by their "row" order, correct?
