GotY Edition seems like a misnomer, and Complete Edition is a boring subtitle. They should've called it the End of Time Edition. I can't think of any GotY/Complete/etc edition that had additional DLC/Expansions released for it afterwards - it's probably the end of the road for Civilization 5...

Someone in a different thread a while back said AI don't build very many buildings at all, so maybe that's why Tomb Raider is so difficult.
