okay, verified that there are no MODS in the My Documents/My Games/Beyond the Sword directory. Will try reinstalling some other time....

ended up installing d2d patches and it is now installing without patch problem .... hopefully it'll work too.

The mod seems wonderful, and I'ld love to be able to play it - however, whenever I try to install TR 2.1 for Warlords, it isn't able to find Warlords, and so I'm stuck... Can't anybody help? Is there a zip, rar, etc. format available somewhere? It might have to do with my having the stupid...

well, it keeps telling me i should update to the new version of warlords 2.08 - even makes that patch only a click away - problem is, I already have the new warlords patch installed.... so... in order to go further - where can I download a zip (rar, etc.) version so that I can install it...
