    As you requested, I try and error with each of the mod, and the result is, while playing with Vox Populi's Bare Necessities (v 6) enabled, the problem appeared. Just to ensure, I started another new game without IGE, and yet results with the same problem.

    It is very clear that playing only with VP+1.11.1 UCS would not comes with the problem, and ICV and New Beliefs may not be the cause.

    I... am sorry, but after updated VP to 3.0.4, and reinstalled every mod in the mod list provided in my last post, I can not reproduce the bug.

    Thanks for the reply, while I don't know which files in the log folder I should upload, it seems disabling N.Core's latest updated Bare Necessities fixed the problem. attaching my modlist anyway.

    I am not sure am I updating it right, but with v0.17.1, the terrain requirements of most (maybe all, I didn't check) wonders are all gone, that everyone can build every wonder where ever they please. edited: example attached
