you can go inside your civ 5 folder and delete the intro movie. Next time you load up the game, a pitch black screen appear for 1-3second then you are in the game without intro.

ya I have seem this bug once. I build the city next to a river+ocean. 100% coastal but the game won't let me building the ship. It's kinda northern zone part of earth/huge. No naval unit in city.

LOL you can't raze city states duh. You can't conquer the city state and then give to other civ and then attack it again thinking that you can liberate them from the "Evil" civ. It just does not work that way.
