Civ and starcraft are very different games. I don't think you can compare them at all. But then I felt SC2 > SC1 while ciV < cIV.

Read Sulla's article... Skipped the rest of the arguement. I agree with pretty much Sulla's assessment. Having followed the news of CiV since announcement, I rushed to get it on the first day. MONTHS later.. I completed a total of ONE game. *And I used to play CIV 4 at the rate of one game...

I just forced myself to finish my first game on Civ5. And I got the game on the first day it was released. For someone who used to complete 1 standard game per day or 1 marathon game per 2 days for Civ4, that says a lot about Civ5. I just cannot bear to continue... Just.. One.. more.. Turn...

Thanks for the advice. Reinstallation doesn't work. I am now doing a clean delete and reinstall. Hopefully it works. *fingers crossed*

Had been playing Civ 5 properly since day 1. But after a week from the game, I tried to play again. Steam appears and says "Completing Installation...1%" And it stayed at 1% for insane amout of time before timing out. :sad: Anyone had the same problem and solution?? Thanks for the help.
