Okay I'm confused about how to install the patch. I do not have internet capability on the computer I play cIV on so if I cant download it with the internet how else should I install it. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep the tundra but assign different values to it so that it looks good and is feasible. Guess that would make it more of a modpack than a map though dunno. Sweet 100th post.

It is tough to keep up with expansion until the late game unless you focus on religion like crazy. Spreading that religion really well can make it alot easier on you if you decide to expand.

Unfortunatly the only way I know to solve this problem now is to play online where you will not find this issue.

I think that spys should be able to assassinate great people or just citizens in a city(represented by a pop point). To defend you would have to keep them near another spy or a new building could be added called Safhouses. Seems like it would really improve the use of a spy trying to locate an...
