Same, I just came back to Civ 4 after many years and would love to find this mod again!

So excited about trying this I just got back into Civ IV after not playing for a few years and it's still my favorite Civ. Thanks for all the work!

Okay, I'll check out the mod for my next game. When I'm counting, am I counting city center to city center? Or am I counting industrial zone/entertainment zone to city center?

It's such a hard habit to get back into now. Years of building just 4 cities for tradition and then holding until I wanted to conquer places...or more often just going for a space race victory. It's weird to think that I should expand more than that now...but I used to spam settlers like crazy...

Did you try it with any of the major mods like the Community Patch/Vox? Or Communitas? I started with Communitas when Thalisicus was still updating that mod, and it reinvigorated my interest in CiV.

That's not true at all. For the people posting on these forums, they might prefer playing with AI mods. Most people playing civ aren't "fanatics" and don't have an issue with the gameplay.
