Why do you say that, just because he believes in the death penalty or some other reason?
If it has to do with right-wing political positions, then I don't know what you'd call me!
Also, yes, I understand what you are saying about the Bible, but some people believe it. Regardless, it doesn't teach going to hell for support (Or lack thereof) of the death penalty.
I ask you the question, why does someone who supports something you disagree with automatically become labeled as "Evil" and not just "Someone you disagree with." You realize Quackers, a fellow Brit, also supports it.
Also, as an agnostic, you can't believe in hell. And Dante's Inferno is just a story.
I'm not even asking why you oppose the death penalty, but why you say its actually EVIL to support it, especially since you are an agnostic and so would say evil is mostly relative. Why do you think people who disagree with you are EVIL?
Also, why do you believe people who believe in capital punishment are EVIL, I mean, I understand being opposed to it, but people have different beliefs and such.
Sorry, I noticed it late Thrusday my time -still not my birthday, and you just don't celebrate birthdays ahead of time- and I've been offline all weekend -partying and stuff... -
(no, there were no redheads, you fetishist, but the food was good anyway)
Re: Prof Hawking, I'm well aware of that, but I'm just paraphrasing an actual argument made by a right-wing US politician in an attempt to discredit universal healthcare.
