How much would it cost to replace the rotting beams? And how much would it cost to use stone or metal to reinforce the most trafficed areas?

Went I said hire mine inspectors, I exepected better than
"Mines are not safe places, sir", Are they on the verge of collapse? Are the support beams rotting? I need something a little bit more substanitive.
