That's good! There's one other thing I'd forgotten to mention earlier though. Your arms. Make sure you swing them forward and backward, not side to side. Many people want to have some horizontal motion in it. But that wastes your energy. Also, don't curl you fingers into tight balls or force them straight. Let them relax without tensing any of your muscles. Any energy spent on your fingers is energy that you can't use to move forward.

Except for huge amounts of pure, raw talent, form is the most important thing to being a good runner. I can give you tips but you really need someone who can watch your run to show you how to improve.
My best 5K is 17:44. Right now I'm out of shape and would probably run between 18:00 and 18:30.
