    Unless it's Melange spice from the planet Arrakis I don't think so. And I do not believe for a second that such a wonder would have less utility than wonders that are currently being rebalanced.

    And, also, keep the hands on the "burn the city down" button, make sure there's plenty of tinder available in case there is an elaborate trick going on. But only light the tinder at the last minute and keep the fire patrols on watch in case of accidents.

    Because, of course, the Damascan council long ago decreed that "Large fires that are started by accident will be put out" and it falls on the Priests of Ius to take care of it if there is a problem. But, paranoia from everyone.

    No way, I mean, maybe. But if there was a Wonder like that I would call something like that a "Greatest Hydro-Electric Dam on the Nile Which Would also Destroy Zulappi Agriculture and Ecology" or a "World Class Nuclear Power Plant" or "The Internet."

    I feel like at that point it would be a balanced wonder.

    But irrigating the Sahara as a construction story to enhance your economy, sure. It would be worth .33 economy with a maximum of 1 per turn. But you might have to direct my interpretation but that interpretation has precedent, I'm sorry if I am too blunt sometimes. There was more than one potential +Cartography story in the first batch.

    Unless the Armies of Hyak act in a hostile manner they will be supported by my Administration. If the business of the Temples or Councils is disrupted then I have detailed the response.

    My citizens and temples will be reimbursed from the treasury when I can do it, but right now is just harsh and I will compensate them for damages later. If you burn your house down to avoid it's capture I will build it back later and twice as large, with bounteous majesty.

    That area is very much under unclear control. I've been operating under the assumption that I am dominant on the Eastern Bank, and the Levantines are on the Western Bank. Shall I talk this over with SKILORD?
