Well, I just think it's fascinating that they are so different and unalike us.
If I like dominant women? Hmm... I don't think I'd ever be able to be in a long-lasting relationship with a subservient woman. I prefer women who are strong and are capable of thinking for themselves; who have views on certain things that they can argue for in a rational matter. Who are able to make their opinions heard and can fight for a cause they truly believe in.
At the same time, I want to be able to treat my girl like she's the most special and most precious thing in the world ('cause that's what she is, to me) and a "dominant woman" who's too dominant might not be in favour of being treated like she's fragile. Some might not even like being called "my girl".
