1 Earth to Rule Them All 2016-10-05

Finally the long awaited update to Supreme Earth is here.

Many changes are included:

-expanded Europe
-Ottomans and Ethiopia are in for Byzantine and Korea

download the map and extract the file to Program Files/Firaxis/Civ4/BTS/Public maps and it should work for SP and MP.
