50 Civ DLL for BAT 4.1 2016-10-05

Just install this in the BAT Mod\Assets directory (renaming the original first!) and enjoy up to 50 civs in your BAT enhanced game.

Note: This is an OPTIONAL component, and does change gameplay (for you purists out there.)
