This map was designed for Multi-player, but is also fun for single.

Regions extend from the British Isles to St Petersburg and right down to the northern edge of Spain to Romania in the east.
Might consider renaming the Germans to Prussians, moving the capital to northern Poland and throwing the Dutch in. Will test current version first (If only City States where possible in civ4 I would have Amsterdam, Venice and Geneva!) Though currently the Venice spot is an excellent "second city" for the Austrian Empire.
I do not think I can host games in multi so if you would like to host one for me drop me a message/email!
