A Good Earth map but I need a help 2025-12-02

I made a huge, good map of earth map to Civ5, in a mode, with 21 civilizations in their real starting location, but I am having a problem when I play it, because Barbarians are not appearing, even when I put "raging barbarians". Can anybody help to fix my map, see whats going on?
