*MAJOR: Added Warfare Expanded mod as requirement
*True Ranged units now have RangedCombat; Siege units now have Bombard
*Shock units now correctly receive their Anti-Cav bonus when attacking, not defending
*Tweaked AllowedMoves values
*Ranged versus Districts to -10
*Fixed Sight Range of Spy
*Combat Preview of bonuses is now color-coded blue for Adjacent
*Light Cav adjacency bonus reduced to 5

*Replaced Great Admiral and General retirement abilities (some Admirals still do complete)
