Anglo-Saxon Civilization Version 1.3

Added screens and leader portrait for Alfred. Still cannot do leader selection screen. Next up is Screens and Portrait for Penda.

-Added unit and civilization icons (Seaxman, Huscarl, Fyrdsman)
-Added leader Penda... added Mercian cities

Not really that happy with Penda... he needs some work, I think. I think the Seaxman needs a little bit of work also.

As well, not certain about quality of Civ icon... looks good in the pedia, but the details make it look a little fuzzy on the city bar. May get rid of the fine detail in a later iteration.

I think next version will have an improved version of Penda and possibly the beginnings of Northumbria under St. Oswald... perhaps may add a Thegn unit for him (mounted or not, I am not yet settled).

Icons added for both Hirdmann and Drekar units.

I am a little uncertain about the unit icon sizes and may resize them in future when a tutorial or forum thread has been made on that topic.
