This one is based on Arcanum (very good rpg by Troika), it has all cities and most of the other locations from Arcanum, which i placed as precisly as i could

(Note that for better balance all civs start on the same tech and military level, so it's basically start placement and civ type that u choose in the beginning.)

For now, scenario version is 0.7, which means, that i welcome all suggestions, criticism, coments, etc and i'm ready to improve the scenario, if needed
