Autocannone da 75/27 CK su Ceirano 50 CMA 2019-03-23

The 75/27 CK su Ceirano 50 CMA was a autocannone used by the Royal Italian Army in the war of Ethiopia, in the Spanish civil war and in the second world war. Among the various anti-aircraft trucks in service in the Royal Italian Army during the First World War, such as the 102/35 on SPA 9000 and the 75/27 CK on Itala X, it was decided to keep only this last piece in service, but installing it on a more modern frame. So in 1927 the Arsenale Costruzioni Artiglierie of Naples (AREN) was in charge of equipping 14 batteries with 56 pieces 75/27 CK (Krupp Commission) installed on the new heavy truck Ceirano 50 CMA. In Ethiopia two sets of 75/27 autocannoni operated on two 4-piece batteries each. Five batteries participated in the Spanish war, with some pieces installed on railroad cars . Despite the obsolescence of the ammunition, of the pieces and of the relative firing centers and the low speed of the Ceirano 50 ACM that made it inadequate for the protection of the autococoloni, the Royal Italian Army entered the second world war with 166 pieces. Of these 40 were destined to the defence of fixed objectives fixed in metropolitan territory; the others operated on all fronts except the Russian one.

The file contains the unit and pcx files. Model is not my own creation. Wyrmshadow helped with the animation files. I merely put the pieces together and cleaned up the model for CivIII and added some what if pieces. A big thanks to everyone that helped out!
