Version 1.1 Trade Routes

Version 1.1
- Added a Trading Post icon that is shown when a trading post has been established.
- Added a Trade Route icon that is shown when there is an outgoing trade route to that city state.
- Fixed an issue with 2nd highest place that incorrectly displayed a name when there was no suzerain yet.
