This is a Zulu/South African/Dutch(?) Rifleman unit. I have omitted the Victory and Fidget, and will not do the Death. If anyone whats to do the Death, Fidget, or Victory animations I will post the file with the hat and temporary Death. File includes all other Flics, and Civilopedia pictures.
