    • Mint: Bonus Gold equal to the adjacency Production bonus of its district. +1 Great Engineer point per turn. Requires Industrial Zone and Stock Exchange.
    • Supercomputing Facility: Bonus Gold equal to the adjacency Science bonus of its district. +3 Science. +1 Great Scientist point per turn. Requires Campus and Stock Exchange.
    • Convention Center: Bonus Gold equal to the adjacency Culture bonus of its district. +1 GPP per turn for Writer, Artist, and Musician. +1 GWS for Writing, Music and Art each. Requires Theater District and Stock Exchange.
    • Department Store: Bonus Culture equal to the adjacency Gold bonus of its district. +4 Gold. +1 Great Merchant point per turn. Requires Commercial Hub and Broadcast Center.
    • Union Hall: Bonus Production equal to the adjacency Gold bonus of its district. +1 Great Engineer point per turn. Requires Commercial Hub and Factory.
    • Aquarium: Bonus Science equal to the adjacency Gold bonus of its district. +1 Amenity. +1 Great Scientist point per turn. Requires Harbor and Research Lab.
    • Desalination Plant: Bonus Food equal to the adjacency Gold bonus of its district. +3 Housing. +1 Great Engineer point per turn. Requires Harbor and Power Plant.
    • Casino: +5 Gold, +2 Amenities. +1 Great Merchant point per turn. Requires Entertainment Complex and Stock Exchange. Only building that doesn't use adjacency bonuses.
