It's disappointing that Britain only gets English cities. This is just a very simple mod to fix that.
The mod adjusts the British city list. Cities are ordered based on C19th population, with a weight in favour of Scottish and Welsh cities for the sake of representation.
Installation: Extract the zip folder to [Drive]:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods
