Byzantine Mod 2016-10-05

This is my first mod uploaded to Civfanatics and adds the Byzantine Empire to the Game.
Leader: Justinian I
Unique Unit: Cataphract, has more strength than the Knight.
Unique Building: Cathedral, Replaces monastery, provides more culture, and doesn't need wine or inscense
Unique Trait: Center of the World: Golden Ages last 30% longer and you gain +1 each turn.
note has no new art or Pedia text
