Captain Spiff is a Resized and Adjusted version of Spaceman "Spiff" that Kinboat Made long ago.
I Remade the AttackA Laser Beam to Hit the Enemy better as well as Lengthen the Laser Beam for Long Distance (Shooting) Bombardment. Made and Added Sounds, adjusted the .ini File.
Ready to Add with all needed files other than the Civilopedia Entry you want for him.
