This mod introduces a new policy card to the Cultural Tree in Civilization VII, available in the Age Antiquity and Exploration. The policy card grants +2/+6/+10 War Support when burning enemy cities (scaled by city size) and only applies to human players (AI opponents unaffected).

I'll have to give it a try, hope it works with the new patch. You are a lifesaver with this patch. I hate having negative effects just because I was burning cities.

Thank you for the mod. When a Civ declares war on me, I often like to simply annihilate their whole civilization. As a result, I get lots of war penalties and your cards help minimize this. Since you have the mechanics worked out, how hard would it be to made a mod that simply reverses the affect? That is, makes razing a settlement give you a +1 war support for each settlement razed in each era? For me, that would be ideal, but I hesitate to ask for the mod because I don't know what would be involved. Nevertheless, thanks for the policy cards. They get a lot of use.

it's saved in a winrar format... which isn't friendly to macOS users. I'd consider keeping it as a .zip
