Civ 4.5 2016-10-05

This is a mod that I almost finished for civ 4, meant to bridge the gap between civ 4 and civ 5. I did not have time to finish it, but I made a lot of cool traits, one for each civ I got to. Anyway, here it is for those who want to steal stuff, here it is.



I might finish it some day, but right now it's really unbalanced. This is mostly a collection of traits.
