Beorn's Hut, Cultural: Builders can construct the Beehive Improvement which provides +1 Culture and +1 Food with
additional +1 Culture for every 2 adjacent Plantation
Bree, Trade: Your Trade Routes earn +1 Gold for passing through Trading Posts in your own cities.
Buckland, Industry: +1 Housing in Cities that are next to a river
Dale, Trade: Recieve the Toys Luxury resource as well as +3 Tourism in every Commercial Hub
Dol Amroth, Cultural: +3 Culture from each city-state you are Suzerain of. Additional +3 when you reach
the Industrial era.
Goblin Town, Militaristic: Combat victories provide Gold equal to 75% of the Combat Strength of th defeated unit
Umbar, Militaristic: Your naval units recieve experience twice as fast
Grey Havens, Religious: Your Districts on or next to Coast tiles provide +1 Faith and
+1 Great Person point of their type
