Civ4Calc: Precise calculations for anal-retentive perfectionists
Python 3 script with interactive command line

Currently two function has been implemented: "prod" calculating the duration and end overflow of a production, and "heal" calculating unit healing, both with consideration to changes of various factors midway.

Version history:
2009-09-08: Added the "heal" function
2009-09-07: Major code revamp, also renamed "done" to "built"
2009-09-05: Changed the syntax of "done" for more consistency with the game's city screen
2009-09-02: Added the "done" and "plus" parameters to "prod", plus minor polishing
2009-09-01: Initial release, with only the "prod" function
