CivXmlEditor v2.1

In this new version Gender and Plural have been handled.
We are now allowed to define different value depends on the gender or singular/plural

I have rebuild this application because I have lost the source code of this project. (I was young and less experimented in 2012 )

Version only available on Windows because I used Winform to redo the project.
