Minor update 1.2: Flips the target leader icon (now it looks better!)
Now, we can talk all day about how bad the UI in this game is or the fact that this is such a stupid oversight (another one in dozens).
But it is actually so bad that I, a non-modder and with very modest knowledge in programming, had to step in and do this myself. Nobody in the entire planet seems to be talking about this particular bug, not even mentioned in this forum or by the devs, that I had to learn how to mod this game myself (with the help of other mods' files) and share this with you all!
I hope this works for you. This is a very crude solution and needs more testing.
